Sean McNulty is a Los Angeles native with deep roots in the real estate business with an intimate knowledge of the Malibu and the Westside real estate market where from an early he watched and learned about the nuances of Malibu, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Bel-Air real estate, as his family built from the ground up, remolded and sold multiple amazing homes and properties all around the Westside of Los Angeles.

After graduating from USC in 2007 with a Business and Political Science Degree, Sean went to work for a top green energy start-up company. While there he worked with a team, that designed, built, and remodeled large residential and commercial properties so they could achieve the highest LEED green certifications available. From there Sean founded a lead generation company; Best Legal United LLC, which works with law firms to help them achieve their marketing, advertising, and client development goals. For the past 7 years Sean has used all his skills and passion to focus on turning his client’s real estate dreams into a successful reality.

With many years of experience in real estate development and design coupled with a fluency in advertising and marketing, as well as strong negotiating skills, all backed by the Douglas Elliman brand and Global reach Sean is well equipped to make his clients real estate dreams come true whether a client is looking to buy, sell or develop their next property.
